What information I collect
When you enquire, join my mailing list or become a client, I may collect information such as your name, email address, business details, website/social media information, project requirements, budget, communications and payment information. I may also collect limited technical information about how you use my website through services such as Google Analytics.

How I use your information
I use your information to:
- respond to enquiries;
- provide and manage my services;
- communicate with clients;
- process and manage payments;
- maintain business and accounting records;
- send marketing emails where you have chosen to receive them; and
- understand and improve how my website is used.
I process personal information where necessary to respond to your request, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate business interests or where you have given consent.

Who I share information with
I use trusted third-party services to run my business, which may process personal information where necessary. These currently include Showit, Tally, Google/Gmail, Google Analytics, Flodesk, Notion, GoCardless and Vimeo. Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.

How long I keep information
I only keep information for as long as reasonably necessary.
Unsuccessful enquiries will generally be retained for up to 12 months. Client and financial records may be retained for up to 6 years where needed for contractual, accounting, tax or legal purposes. Mailing-list information is retained until you unsubscribe or it is no longer needed.

Marketing
If you choose to join my mailing list or opt in when downloading a free resource, I may send you marketing emails through Flodesk. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each email.

Your rights
UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, object to certain processing and withdraw consent where consent is being relied upon.
