Services & bookings
IVY-B Designs provides branding, website design and related creative services for businesses and business owners.Submitting an enquiry or discussing a project does not create a contract or guarantee availability.
A project is only confirmed once the relevant service and scope have been agreed, the client contract has been signed and the required first payment has been received.
Any commissioned work will be governed by the separate client contract provided for that project. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed client contract, the client contract will take priority in relation to that project.

Website information
I aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but services, prices, inclusions, availability and processes may change. Nothing on this website guarantees that a particular service, price or booking date will remain available.

Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content and creative work on this website belongs to IVY-B Designs, is licensed to me or is displayed with permission. This includes branding, website designs, graphics, portfolio work, copy, layouts, templates, mockups, images, videos and other original creative content.

This website includes examples of previous client projects and testimonials. Portfolio work may also contain intellectual property belonging to my clients, and displaying it here does not give anyone permission to use or reproduce it.
